So with the most visually appealing part of the Kimo package out of the way, let's get to some other cards.
When I said there weren't any baseball cards I lied, there was one. This Starling Marte autograph that Kimo got as a redemption. I remember picking this up for Bob Walk The Plank back when he cared about Marte (at least more than he does now) but I think I'll just wait until BWTP pulls a Torrens plate for me to send this to him. You know it's coming.
You people didn't actually think a post about a package from Japan would go on without any Yu-Gi-Oh! cards right?
For the most part I'll spare you the boring nerdy cards and just skip ahead to the cool stuff.
Like this unopened pack that Kimo sent me. Apparently these were a super hot commodity and sold out instantly because the cards inside here were all parallels of rare good cards.
There was also this book that delved into the original Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime as well as the most recent Dark Side of Dimensions Movie that came out last year.
There's even an interview with the production staff and a lot of concept art. It's very cool. Although the text is super small sometimes.
I'm starting to run out of the Japanese idol cards I'd send as unnecessary bonuses in trade packages so I asked KIMO to send me some that he didn't want anymore lol. Personally the only Japanese female personality I've ever cared about is Emma Jasmine so these are all fair game and headed to other people in future trade packages whether they want them or not.
And that was it, lmao.
Yeah I know that for a blog that has "Cards" in its name this post is not doing a good job of backing up that title. But you know what, the main point for me were the Emma Jasmine QUO card and magazine from last time so I stand by it lol.
Besides, there still is another portion to this package that isn't about cards that I find the most charming.
As always thanks for stopping by and take care :).
